This notice applies to information submitted through estate.quadrantaccounting.ca and the technical information needed to operate the website securely.

Information we collect

When you request a complimentary assessment, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, country or region, telephone number, email address, the type of assistance you are seeking, and your message.

The website server may process basic technical information, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time, for abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and reliable operation.

How we use it

To receive and respond to your assessment request.
To understand which estate service may be relevant to your situation.
To protect the website from abuse and diagnose technical problems.
To maintain appropriate business records where required.

Quadrant does not sell information submitted through this website.

Storage, access, and disclosure

Assessment requests are transmitted securely to the website server and retained so a request is not lost if email delivery is delayed. Access is limited to people who need the information to respond or maintain the service.

Information may be processed by authorized service providers supporting website hosting, security, email delivery, and technical monitoring, or where disclosure is required by law. Those providers are expected to use it only to provide and maintain the service. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above.

Browser storage, form security, and service providers

The Quadrant website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores a small essential privacy-preference entry in your browser so the privacy notice does not reappear on every visit.

The assessment form uses non-intrusive technical protections, including request validation, rate limits, and automated-abuse checks. Visitors are not required to complete image puzzles.

The embedded office map is provided by Google Maps. When the map loads or you interact with it, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and the referring website. Google handles this information under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
